COOPERATIVE HOUSING
We accompany, develop, and design cooperative housing projects. To rethink how we want to live and how we want to manage the built heritage, empower future users, and accompany them in the design process of new forms of coexistence is a challenge that excites us.
PASSIVE HOUSE
We develop new construction projects following energy efficiency criteria that allow us to optimize all resources used. We conceive, design, and resolve both single-family and multi-family homes that are environmentally friendly, where architectural values go hand in hand with ecology.
PUBLIC WORKS
We like envisioning buildings and open spaces accessible to the public, ranging from social housing to public facilities. Through public competitions, we engage in the challenge of reimagining how the cities of the coming years should be, incorporating a gender perspective and sustainability guidelines into spaces of high architectural quality that are accessible to everyone.
RENOVATION AND REHABILITATION
We believe that the already built environment should be able to respond to a large part of our needs. Therefore, we advocate for renovation and rehabilitation projects that efficiently adapt existing spaces and buildings, while also enhancing the existing heritage.
PRELIMINARY STUDIES
We analyze the possible options offered by existing constructions in order to rehabilitate them and give them a new purpose, adjusting to the needs of the clients. This way, we can assess the feasibility of future projects and provide you with advice.
ENERGY IMPROVEMENT
We study the construction characteristics and climatic behavior of living spaces in order to focus on strategic points, where small specific improvements can result in significant energy savings and an improvement in comfort.
ENERGY CERTIFICATION
We prepare energy certifications for the current state, projects, and construction in large buildings. Also, in smaller projects carried out in the workshop, we take care of this aspect. Beyond mere management, we believe that the energy certification process allows us to assess the effectiveness of the proposed solutions in order to enhance the project.
